Overview

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor 2 to join our Distribution team. This position will support our distribution teams at our Meridian and Elmore locations.

Position SummaryThe Supervisor Supply Chain 2 provides assistance managing the activities of the supply chain operations. Responsibilities entailaccountability based on measurable cost effective results for the substance, efficiency, productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of the supply chain operations within a single unit or a multiple site department.
• Provide leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.
• Oversee the department's safety and quality standards for staff and department technical responsibilities.
• Makes recommendations, and assist with developing operational policies and procedures for the department.
• Assists with preparation and monitoring of departmental budget.
• Oversee daily operations of a team of moderate to highly skilled support staff.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 3 years experience
• Licenses/Certifications: None
