The role youâ™ll contribute:
Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Process Manager/Manager and is responsible for completing related activities to include supporting iSynergy Team for all related activities but not limited to: data conversion, program software system quality testing, project planning, project related activities with many stakeholders internal and external, and support within all projects whether system or operational. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain / Maintenance Modules. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst may be assigned support tickets needing resolution, as well as, perform testing in partnership with various internal and external stakeholder teams.
The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is also expected to act as a resource and a subject matter expert (SME) to Supply Chain / Maintenance team. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is always expected to keep the confidentiality of the team and Senior Leadership from discussions and advanced knowledge both at work and off hours. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst must display a positive attitude toward decisions that have been made for direction, be collaborative on projects, embrace change and lead, using the company mission, vision and values, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

- Support Supply Chain / Maintenance application(s) and iSynergy team member efforts
- to optimize system effectiveness by improving existing business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality, maximizing their value while maintaining overall strategic priority
- to facilitate cross-functional integration by actively participating in facility requirements gathering sessions to determine and document objectives and gaps for system implementation
- to support all Supply Chain / Maintenance processes, forms and applications, acting as first level support and subject matter expert (SME) to internal stakeholders
- to transfer knowledge and skills by mentoring resources on required tasks, project expectations, best practices and development of system functionality
- Be willing to explore & accept creative solutions; be prepared to alter business âœas isâ to âœbusiness as may need to beâ for future system optimization
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders with precise clarity, timeliness, honesty, and balance in oral and written communications
- Display consistent attention to detail to routinely create and present quality documentation and knowledge share through display of skills as a self-starter, quick learner and ability to work productively without supervision.
- Function in a fluid environment to meet changing scope and task deadlines, to support multiple projects and/or initiatives, delivering on-time outcomes as specified within the project plan framework, including potential delays, gaps, issues or situations impacting outcomes, escalating to manager for potential plan revisions and /or remediation
- Think strategically about the bigger picture in relation to tasks, corporate vision and the impacts on other projects and all stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
The expertise and experiences youâ™ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree required or 10-15 years combined healthcare experience related to Supply Chain or Maintenance Management or equivalent experience may be considered
- 2-4 years project/process design or improvement analysis, Business Analyst, Supply Chain application support
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, etc)
- Understanding of Microsoft Project
- Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking and root cause analysis processing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization (orally and in writing)
- Project/process design or improvement analysis skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate executive level reports
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Knowledge and experience in performing the duties associated with purchasing, receiving, shipping, and distribution
- Competence using materials management/ERP systems such as PeopleSoft
