Your day.
In this position, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining proper inventory by ordering, receiving and stocking the warehouse and showroom; handling par levels, brands, vendors and special orders; and tracking codes and pricing inventory through the software system
Processes purchase orders, receives orders, and assembles them with the invoices for reim-bursement
Codes items for optimal billing and reimbursement using HCPCS, fee schedules, and under-standing of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
Determines proper retail pricing with input from manager and Products and Standards Com-mittee.
Develops relationships with vendors and companies to be aware of new products to consider and buying arrangements which suit the companyâ™s best interest.
Researches products for customers and staff including special orders
Receives and processes all equipment/supplies, puts stock away to maintain an orderly ware-house and showroom and rotates and re-stocks the shelves in the showroom and warehouse
Maintains an inventory location system for all items in the warehouse, showroom and storage areas, including shelf labels and location labels.

Your experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year previous work experience working with medical supply inventory
Knowledge of inventory control practices and techniques.
Valid MT Driverâ™s License, a clean driving record and ability to show proof of insurability annually
Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment
Experience in understanding and usage of computers as well as the ability to learn applications relevant to the position
