- BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Develops key Supply Chain processes, strategies, and sourcing innovations for inventory management, value analysis, revenue integrity, and procurement. Presenting opportunities for reducing Supply and Expense cost of the hospital system by negotiating and utilizing appropriate contracts. Works directly with Physician and Department leaders to ensure both proper understanding and compliance of contract opportunities. Ensures supply needs throughout the hospital system are met through use of automated systems and report analysis. Develops process improvement plans/projects pertaining to Supply Chain throughout the hospital system.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor'sA Degree Required. Master'sA Degree Preferred.

- Minimum Work Experience
- 5-7 years progressive leadership experience.
- 5 years experience Supply Chain Management.
- Healthcare experience a strong plus.

- Required Licenses/Certifications for position
- Healthcare Supply Chain Certification (or obtain within 12 months)

- Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team
