We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Service Line Coordinator in Denton at The Heart Hospital. This is a Mon - Fri role with early morning hors of either 5 am to 1:30 pm or 6 am to 2:30 pm.
The Supply Chain Services Service Line Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering a coordinated supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the facility specialty area. Our Supply Chain Services Line Coordinator serves as departmental liaison for SCS with key departments. Our Supply Chain Services Line Coordinator will maintain records such as dates of requisitions, delivery verifications, invoice price confirmation, back-orders, implant pricing, and ensures accurate tracking of supply data such as back orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, and lot numbers.
The ideal candidate will excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
You must be able to be on your feet for most of your work day and able to lift up to 50 pounds and push around equipments on wheels occasionally.
To be successful in this role you need previous logistics or supply chain experience in OR, Heart, Cath Lab, or Electrophysiology, Medical or Hospital areas.

EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent or greater
EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 1 year experience required in logistics or supply chain in medical or hospital setting. Preferred experience specifically in heart procedures, OR, Cath Lab or similar area.
SKILLS - basic computer proficiency
You must be comfortable being on your feet most of your work day and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and sometimes move around substantial medical supplies or equipment on wheels.
