Responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners in the hospitalï¿½s service areas (collectively, Physicians) to best grow and develop hospital service lines as described in Tenetï¿½s Guidance on Creation and Enhancement of Service Lines at Hospitals and the hospital business plans. The position primarily focuses on educating Physicians on pre-specified service lines, with the goal of increasing the selection of our services by Physicians due to our high standards for clinical quality and service. Work to be performed in compliance with the Companyï¿½s Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures, particularly those involving referral source arrangements.
Responsible for strategically planning and implementing visits to Physicians, Physician office staffs throughout the primary and secondary markets in an effort to increase the selection of the hospitalï¿½s services based on its high levels of clinical quality and service.
Should focus on Physicians who are approved by Group VP of Business Development and Group CSO.
Required: Bachelors degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience Preferred: Masterï¿½s degree in Business or Healthcare
Required: 5 years of experience in a related field such as physician relations, network development, medically-related sales, or a similar role in a hospital or other healthcare setting, preferably from Tenet or a company with a robust ethics and compliance program.
