Responsible for physician outreach efforts for a single hospital (the â��Hospitalâ��) as directed by the Hospitalâ��s DBD. Responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners in the hospitalâ��s service areas (collectively, Physicians) to best retain the services of providers who predominantly choose to provide services at Tenet facilities. The position primarily focuses on resolution of Physician concerns related to hospital operations with the goal of continued selection of our services by Physicians due to our high standards for clinical quality and service. The position may also focus on rolling out key new initiatives in a market that may not be growth oriented but require high physician involvement. Work to be performed in compliance with the Companyâ��s Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures, particularly those involving referral source arrangements
Responsible for strategically planning and implementing visits to Physicians, Physician office staffs throughout the primary and secondary markets in an effort to maintain the continued selection of the hospitalâ��s services based on its high levels of clinical quality and service.
Should focus on Physicians who are approved by Group VP of Business Development and Group/Hospital CSO.
Required: Bachelors degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Preferred: Masterâ��s degree in Business or Healthcare.
Required: 2 years of experience in a related field such as physician relations, network development, medically-related sales, or a customer service role in a company with a robust ethics and compliance program.
