Works with Market & Regional Directors in the transition processes for providers and staff becoming affiliated or terminating with Independence Physician Management.Â Also manages processes for new clinic locations.Â This Project Management includes: analyzing all data relating to the acquisition/transition process to determine the gap analysis and the readiness of the transition to market, maintaining transition dashboards; updating transition project summaries and identifying delinquent statuses; conducting team calls to keep departments current with timelines, issues, or deadlines; following up on scheduled deliverables; Â maintaining transparency during the process of any identifiable issue that could adversely impact the targeted timelines; assessing and communicating any significant changes to the team.Â
Manages rostering processes to establish accounts within the Corporate Group Purchasing Organization
GPO). Identifying and collecting information to roster new providers, locations and/or service lines.Â Liaison between markets and Division Purchasing & Supply Chain departments to keep rosters current and communicate updates to the markets.
Oversees the upload of existing contracts into Enterprise Contract Management System with specific attention to contracts aligned with practices being acquired.
Manages communication with markets on a regular basis regarding progress of transition process for individual providers/practices.
Analyzing all data relating to the acquisition/transition process to determine the gap analysis and the readiness of the transition to market.Â This includes follow-up and follow-through on outstanding deliverables and identifying adjusted target timelines.
Maintaining transition dashboard of updates following all transition calls.
Communicates with management and hospital services to determine items requiring coordination and resolution by Central Services, site office and hospital services (including practice GPO account set up)
Responsible for rostering new physicians, clinics and service lines within the Premier GPO structures.
Updating physician referral resource of provider status changes
Updating Enterprise (Vendor Contract Management) with onboarding practices and established vendor contracts.
Assisting with review of contracts relating to Due Diligence of Acquisitions.
