Foundations DETROIT is looking for a dynamic Director of Outpatient Services, to manage all aspects of the Intensive Outpatient Program related to patient care, quality of services, marketing within the local community, financial management and therapeutic modalities.Â We are looking for someone with the ability to consistently demonstrate through conduct and communications the stability required to effectively assist patients and their family members through the FRN Model of Treatment.Â If you are passionate about working with patients suffering from substance use disorders, this may be the career you have been looking for! Key Responsibilities include:
Working knowledge of 12-step, DBT and Motivational Interviewing techniques and programs.
Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and the ability to incorporate needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into the organization.
Looking to be an integral part of a dynamic team that is building the highest quality sales performance in healthcare.
Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
