The Human Resources Director is responsible for Human Resources Leadership and Strategy as well as managing all aspects of the HR function within the facility.
Knowledge of hospital and understanding of management principles, practices, methods and techniques, and skills in integrating management systems within an acute health care delivery setting.Â
Ability to function as advisor to senior management, hospital management, and staff.Â
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to operating officials and groups of employees from numerous occupational fields, community organizations and be able to represent the Hospital on local and national committees.Â
