Manages the operations of a portfolio of properties. Responsible for monthly financial operating reports, monitoring all purchases and expenses, vendor management, tenant relations, administering lease terms, and assisting in the development of capital improvement project plans.
High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience preparing reports
Two years of Property Manager Assistant experience
