Job Summary:Â The Customer Service Resolution Specialist acts as a liaison between members, providers, claims and customer service department. The Resolution Specialist assists with escalated member issues by providing research and follow up to the involved parties. Prepares and tracks compliance reporting tools for HEDIS and NCQA measurements. Supports Manager of Customer Service and customer service representatives to resolve escalated issues, and assigned special projects.
