The Market Manager PHP position exists to facilitate achievement of optimal utilization of Brentwood's continuum of care by developing and maintaining direct referral relationships in assigned target markets. Develops the organization's favorable public image.  Develops and places advertisements to attract those in need of organization services.  Manages the Outpatient Department sales efforts. Develops and implements organization-wide referral development program.  Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manages Department Operations within organizational guidelines for staffing, budget, and patient volumes.
• Identifies and cultivates potential referral sources.
• Develops and implements a strategic sales plan to increase patient volumes.
• Ensure patient record is accurate, timely, and complete.
• Ensures Compliance with Medicare requirement for hospital placement and treatment.
